Required Skills:

• Valid NBCRNA Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience (no new graduates)
• Proficiency in intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and line placement
• Ability to work independently within a medically directed team
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort working in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Additional certifications in advanced airway management or vascular access
• Prior experience in orthopedics, trauma, vascular, or neuro anesthesia

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active state licensure in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Board certification through NBCRNA
• Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in trauma or emergency care

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain Kentucky state licensure
• Availability to work full-time, including 4 weeks per month
• Flexibility to work various shift schedules (preferably 4x10, 8s, 10s, or 12s shifts)
• Must be available to start on 05/18/2026
• Participation in NORA and adherence to hospital protocols
• Ability to work 7:00 AM 5:30 PM with a half-hour lunch
• Credentialing process estimated at 90 days
