Services are provided throughout the Tucson, AZ area , including:

Tucson / Sahuarita /Vail /Marana /Oro Valley
Travel between clinic, home, school, and community settings is required.

Schedule : Full-time Monday-Friday (8:00 AM and 5:00 PM)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide caregiver training, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers. This position serves clients across Tucson, Sahuarita, Vail, Marana, and Oro Valley , with services provided in clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and update behavior intervention plans.

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and insurance compliance.

• Provide parent and caregiver training.

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers.

• Provide direct ABA services in clinic, home, school, and community settings as needed.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold ethical and professional standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Current BCBA certification .

• Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required before start date.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel between service locations.
