Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Job Overview Surpass Behavioral Health is looking for a BCBA to join our Charleston clinic. We provide support for caseload management, elimination of administrative burdens, and focus on delivering exceptional ABA care to children and teens with autism. The role offers a structured schedule of Monday‑Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM, with no evenings or weekends. Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance are available. Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based ABA services to children and teens with autism. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including RBTs, to ensure consistent, high‑quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, supervise RBT scheduling, and manage case load. Participate in ongoing professional development and data review sessions. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year based on experience. Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. At least two years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, preferably in a clinical or multidisciplinary setting. Demonstrated ethical behavior by following BACB guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies. Employment Information Contract type: Employee.
