As a premier ABA therapy provider, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina .

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Your expertise will help shape our therapy programs, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $110 - $110 per hour

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
