What Will You Do? Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions that drive Personal Insurance digital transformation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices and code quality standards. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical approaches and solution strategies. Drive code reviews, establish testing strategies, and ensure adherence to development standards across the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing expert‑level problem‑solving. Identify opportunities for technical innovation, process improvement, and platform optimization. Contribute to technical roadmaps and influence architectural decisions for Salesforce implementations. Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge‑sharing resources. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? 6+ years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise‑scale applications. Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns), strongly preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional engineering fundamentals and commitment to rapidly developing Salesforce expertise. Demonstrated expertise in database design, optimization, and working with complex data models. Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams. Experience making architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Strong experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Salesforce). Background in leading technical projects from conception through production deployment. What is a Must Have? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience. 6 additional years of software engineering experience. What Is in It for You?
