Work Protected.OverviewThe Senior Manager, Design is a GTM-focused design leader responsible for producing creative work that drives engagement, builds market interest, and supports Mimecast’s demand generation engine across every channel. This is not a conceptual role. It is an execution role with taste — someone who understands how B2B enterprise buyers respond to visual communication, and who builds creative that earns attention and creates interest in a sophisticated, skeptical audience.This role sits within the design function, reporting to the Director of Brand, and works in close partnership with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablement. You will set the creative standard for how Mimecast shows up across paid media, campaigns, events, digital, and sales materials — directing in-house designers, external agencies, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver at speed without sacrificing quality.The best candidate for this role is a proactive facilitator, not a passive service-designer. You build relationships across the company using design as a trust-building exercise. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
