RN Inpatient- Oncology/Medical- PT Weekends

Marshfield Clinic – Archive is seeking a dedicated RN Inpatient – Oncology/Medical – PT Weekends to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within Marshfield Children’s, a Wisconsin-based pediatric care provider in a large, integrated health system. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based inpatient nursing care to pediatric and select adult oncology and medical patients on a weekend, part-time schedule. You will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans, administering chemotherapy and other medications safely, monitoring for side effects and complications, and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams that include physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, social workers, child life specialists, and therapists. Working in a collaborative, patient-first culture, you will educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, symptom management, and home care, while advocating for their needs and ensuring a safe, comforting environment. You will follow all infection prevention, medication administration, and safety protocols, use electronic medical records to document care accurately and timely, and participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes and patient experience.
