Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the water wastewater industry? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take charge of executing large, complex projects independently. If you have a deep understanding of Power Distribution and I&C, we want to hear from you! In this role, we're looking for an experienced, future leader within our Project Management team. The Project Manager will have extensive experience in the water wastewater industry and will be responsible for full‑scope project management and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. What you will do: Implement change control measures to manage modifications in project scope effectively. Monitor and control project progress to ensure on‑time and within‑budget completion. Investigate potential critical situations and take corrective actions proactively. Represent the company in project meetings and strategic sessions. Effectively interpret and communicate plans and contract terms to administrative staff, customers, and end‑users. Prepare detailed reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling. Thrive in a challenging environment and demonstrate a proven track record of successful project management in the water wastewater industry. Demonstrated Skills: 10+ years of project management experience within the water/wastewater industry and/or system integration. Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal. Act as a responsible company representative. Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continually develop knowledge of current technologies. Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management. PMP certification. Compensation and Benefits: Pay will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
