Contract: 15 Weeks

Pay Rate: $ 1700 To $ 2,000 per week

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience: 1 Year of experience

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 15-week contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized therapy services focused on improving functional independence, activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and rehabilitation goals.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safe functional strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and healthcare teams.

Requirements

Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications Required.
Strong Patient Assessment and Occupational Therapy Treatment Planning Skills Required.
Experience With Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Functional Rehabilitation, and Therapeutic Interventions Preferred.
Post-Acute, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation Experience Preferred.
Strong Clinical Documentation, Patient Education, Communication, and Interdisciplinary Collaboration Skills Required.

The Occupational Therapist will provide patient-centered rehabilitation services while supporting improved independence, safety, and functional outcomes.
