The Mission

We are looking for a sharp, experienced Damage Appraiser who knows their way around a blueprint. You’ll be the bridge between the customer, the technicians, and the insurance companies. We need someone who can identify hidden damage, negotiate a fair supplement, and ensure the repair plan is flawless from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Write Accurate Damage appraisals: Utilize [CCC ONE/Mitchell] to create thorough, profitable, and safe repair plans.

• Negotiate Supplements: Work directly with insurance adjusters to ensure every necessary repair is covered and documented.

• Customer Service: Guide our clients through the repair process with transparency and empathy.

• Quality Control: Collaborate with our body and paint teams to ensure the final product meets Bay Cities’ High standards.

What You Bring

• Deep Technical Knowledge: You know the difference between a "repair" and a "replace" at a glance and stay up-to-date on OEM procedures.

• Negotiation Chops: You’re firm but professional with adjusters; you know how to justify a line item with photos and data.

• Local Expertise: Familiarity with the South Bay/Harbor City market and local insurance DRPs is a huge plus.

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level experience with estimating software and management systems.
