Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Delaware Valley, NJ, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The person in this role will plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for Digi Editor’s website and digital assets. Daily responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, monitoring site performance, and collaborating with content and design teams to optimize on-page and technical elements. The SEO Manager will manage link-building initiatives, track performance in web analytics tools, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. This role also involves supporting broader digital marketing efforts, staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates, and recommending continuous improvements to drive measurable growth. Qualifications Strong proficiency in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and guide optimization efforts. Experience with Link Building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search visibility. Hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and inform decisions. Background in Marketing, preferably digital marketing, to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Ability to interpret data, create clear reports, and communicate insights to cross-functional teams. Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
