Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Tucson, Arizona. Key Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift length: 8 hours Employment type: Travel Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, aiding recovery from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona physical therapy license required before assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience. Experience with geriatric patient populations. Assignment Details 5 days per week.
