Strong sales leadership skills with ability to coach/mentor other representatives. Holistically focused on account management, product sales, and services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, organizational, computer/technology, and problem‑solving skills. Independent, performance‑driven, yet teamwork oriented. Preference for candidates from the area or who wish to return to the community. Job Description Senior Equipment Sales Representative will oversee and maintain large customer accounts and coach/mentor other sales representatives within multiple Ohio Ag business locations. Responsible for managing a minimum annual sales volume of $20M. Must meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment and maintain product, market, and industry knowledge. Reports directly to the General Manager of the territory.
