Banquet Bartender

BartenderThe Bartender will serve and make drinks at the bar for the servers to provide to members and guests.Essential Functions:Compose and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and liquors or wines specific to restaurant bar.Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipesFamiliarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender's manual. Jiggers pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on the POS systems.Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow side work sheet.Plan, monitor and maintain par levels for bar inventory as deemed necessary by the Director of Restaurants or the Restaurant Manager.
