Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
• Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service
• Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails
• Adhere to health and legal standards
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Knows and can easily talk about Coati mission and values

Requirements

• World-class customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Craft cocktail experience is required and must be demonstrated
• Handles money responsibly and accurately
• Can stand or work on feet for entire shift, squat and bend
• Effective time management
• Can read and follow recipes
• Efficiently and accurately converts measurements and multiplies recipes
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 21+ years old
