Travel Nurse RN - Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,400 Per Week

3x12s, Days, 7a-730p Every 3rd Weekend, Holidays as needed. Float required. All travelers subject to float between all Cone Health campuses if needed. Minimum 1yr experience. NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS. Acute Care Rehab experience preferred.

*BLS *EPIC *Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire History Allergies, Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse *Dressing Change, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays *Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine - UA Clean Catch, Phlebotomy *Telephone Triage, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx, generalized debility. Inpatient rehab department, Specialized care for qualified patient with rehabilitation needs. (s p stoke, aneurysm, post-op surgical) Patient Ratios - 1:6 however has one unit that a nurse will have 7 patients that equal to the same acuity as the nurse who has 6, on a rotating basis.
