Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modeling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.Role ScopeOwn supplier quality for steel fabrication and building systems suppliers feeding the modular build.Audit fabrication shops on weld quality, dimensional control, and coating systems before and during production.Run source inspections on fabricated assemblies so defects get caught at the shop, not at the site crane.Standardize the quality requirements flowdown so every fabricator builds to the same bar.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've done quality assurance in steel fabrication: welds, dimensions, coatings.You read weld procedure specifications and structural drawings fluently.You've rejected fabricated work and managed the schedule fallout it caused.You bring shops up to standard rather than just documenting that they miss it.Bonus: AWS CWI certification.
