Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead and supervise daily manufacturing activities for a unionized workforce. Manage labor planning, time and attendance, overtime, and performance reviews. Monitor ERP/MRP systems, release work to the floor, and track KPIs.

The successful candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience managing hourly teams in a unionized, industrial environment. They are comfortable balancing people leadership, production execution, and data-driven decision-making.

5+ years supervising manufacturing teams in machining or heavy industry. Experience working within corporate quality systems and union environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead at all levels.
