RN Unit Manager - Registered Nurse Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation - Napoleon, Ohio Lead a team. Support your residents. Make an impact. Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing care and support staff on the unit. We’re looking for an approachable, dependable leader who stays involved, follows through, and takes pride in quality resident care. Join our Great Place to Work Certified team and help create a unit where residents feel cared for and staff feel supported. What you're do: Oversee daily nursing care and unit operations Complete resident assessments and develop, review, and update care plans Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and the care team Supervise, coach, and support nurses and CNAs Ensure accurate documentation and follow-through on physician orders Support infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance Assist with staff onboarding, education, and ongoing development Build positive relationships with residents and families What we’re looking for: Current Ohio RN license Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Previous supervisory or unit management experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication A hands-on approach to leadership and resident care #J-18808-Ljbffr Northcrest Rehab
