Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay rate: $21.79hr. on W2

Position Summary

The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for collecting quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring accurate patient identification and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established procedures.

The PSR II demonstrates professionalism, customer service excellence, and technical expertise in specimen collection for patients of all ages. Assignments may include work in a Patient Service Center, physician office, or other locations based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and within established timelines.
• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens according to standard procedures.
• Verify patient identity and demographic information before specimen collection.
• Obtain patient signatures and confirm specimen labels are accurate and applied in the patient's presence.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster trust and confidence with patients.
• Promote a positive company image with patients, clients, coworkers, and the public.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and adherence to company policies and procedures.
