Join Our Team:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Salina, Kansas. In this full-time role, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Permanent.
• Day Shift (8-hour shifts).
• Weekend and on-call requirements discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and case managers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Kansas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Inpatient experience preferred but qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
