As enterprise customer expectations continue to rise and our platform evolves to support increasingly sophisticated use cases, we are expanding our Product organization and hiring a Director of Product. This role reports directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Product to help lead our product organization through its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who is passionate about building modern B2B SaaS platforms, translating customer and market needs into scalable product strategy, and driving cross-functional execution across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams.

You will play a critical role in defining and evolving our roadmap, refining product processes, and ensuring that product investments align with company strategy, customer outcomes, and platform scalability. You should be equally comfortable shaping long-term product direction and working hands-on through discovery, prioritization, requirements, workflows, and delivery execution. 

This role is also expected to serve as a trusted internal product resource across the organization, especially for Go-to-Market and Support teams, helping answer product questions, clarify intended use cases, and develop clear, case-driven documentation that improves readiness, consistency, and customer outcomes.

AI fluency is important. We are looking for a product leader who understands how emerging AI capabilities can be applied in practical, customer-centered ways across workflows, content, automation, recommendations, and user experiences. You do not need to be a machine learning researcher or long-time AI specialist, but you must be highly capable of evaluating AI opportunities, partnering with technical teams, and helping turn AI from a concept into durable product value.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product planning and roadmap development across key platform areas, ensuring alignment with company priorities, customer needs, and technical realities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product initiatives.
• Translate customer feedback, market dynamics, usage data, and internal business priorities into clear product strategy, requirements, and actionable delivery plans.
• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to ensure initiatives are truly dev ready.
• Drive product discovery efforts, including customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, competitive research, and problem validation.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into the platform in ways that improve customer outcomes, drive efficiency, and differentiate StructuredWeb in the market.
• Partner with technical teams on AI-driven and data-driven capabilities such as content generation, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, recommendations, prompt-based interactions, and retrieval-informed experiences.
• Help define practical product guardrails for AI-enabled experiences, including human oversight, quality expectations, usability, trust, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure solutions are intuitive, modern, and aligned to both user needs and business objectives, including for AI-assisted experiences.
• Work with QA and Engineering to ensure product intent, expected behavior, and release quality are maintained throughout development and testing.
• Establish and improve product operating rhythms, governance, and prioritization frameworks to support scalable execution across multiple workstreams.
• Be responsible for product positioning, use-case framing, internal enablement, release communication, and adoption support to help customer-facing teams understand, represent, and support the product effectively.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers and other product contributors, helping raise the overall quality, consistency, and AI fluency of the Product function.

What You’ll Bring

Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field. 
• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Experience leading product initiatives in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, marketing technology, workflow platforms, or related domains.
• Strong experience owning roadmap development, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent product initiatives.
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Data, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Ability to represent the company in customer and public-facing interactions
• Experience with AI-enabled products is strongly preferred, but not required for candidates with exceptional product leadership experience within other emerging technology paradigms.

Product and Technical Skills:

• Strong ability to define product strategy while also contributing to detailed requirements and delivery-ready artifacts.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS product development methodologies, agile delivery practices, and enterprise product expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-enabled, intelligent, or data-driven capabilities into product strategy, roadmap development, workflows, or customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of emerging AI product patterns, including generative AI, prompt-based experiences, intelligent workflows, human-in-the-loop systems, and practical enterprise AI considerations.
• Ability to identify where AI creates meaningful customer and business value versus where conventional product approaches are more appropriate.
• Comfort interpreting technical concepts and collaborating deeply with engineering teams on architecture-aware product decisions.
• Ability to use data, customer insight, and business context to make sound prioritization decisions.
• Experience evaluating tradeoffs across user value, scalability, complexity, trust, governance, and time-to-market.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, platform services, and data-driven product capabilities is a strong plus.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, tradeoffs, and AI strategy to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Proven success influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, including mentoring Product Managers, improving team process, and driving accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline and hands-on execution.
• A customer-first mindset paired with the judgment to build scalable, market-relevant capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
