Senior Manager of Broadline Foodservice: OLIPOP Remote Senior Manager of Broadline Foodservice: OLIPOP Remote OLIPOP is hiring a Senior Manager of Broadline Foodservice, a remote role managing day-to-day strategic relationships with large broadline distributors and key contract foodservice customers. About the role Working in close partnership with the Director of Foodservice and On-Premise, this position is central to relationships with industry names such as PFG, Vistar, Sysco and US Foods, alongside contract foodservice providers including Compass, Canteen, Sodexo and Aramark. It is directly comparable to on-premise and foodservice distribution work in the wine and spirits trade. Key responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with large broadline distributors as the primary day-to-day contact. Work with distribution partners to optimise product reach, market penetration and logistics efficiency within agreed account plans. Partner with distributors on marketing that builds awareness with their customers. Serve as a key contact for contract foodservice customers and recommend customised distribution solutions. Support contract negotiations and day-to-day execution to ensure product availability and cost-effectiveness. Track and report distribution metrics, customer satisfaction and sales performance to the Director and senior management. Own monthly forecasts in partnership with sales, working toward a 95 per cent forecast accuracy goal. Coach and guide a coordinator or analyst supporting the account portfolio.
