Commercial Title Assistant

Supporting commercial and industrial title processes, the full-time remote Commercial Title Assistant will manage administrative duties, gather information, and provide customer service to clients and escrow offices. Key responsibilities Perform a wide range of administrative duties related to title policies and practices Create and maintain files, records, and reports while monitoring and tracking workflow Respond to inquiries and coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of title industry experience Experience with MS Office suite Working knowledge of title industry software platforms
