Your mission

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to play a central role in technical support and business development, helping customers implement advanced lighting control solutions with confidence.

What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial support to OEMs, distributors and system integrators in Italy.
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the lighting control sector.
• Organise product demonstrations and technical training, both online and on site.
• Represent Hytronik at lighting fairs and industry events when required.
• Report and manage customer activity through CRM tools.

What you bring

• A background in lighting, electrical engineering or building automation.
• Experience in technical sales or project development with OEMs or system integrators.
• Good knowledge of DALI, Bluetooth Mesh or comparable lighting control systems.
• Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written.
• An independent, proactive and customer-focused mindset.
