Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapy Leader
Your impactful journey includes:

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with the daily management of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with physical therapy staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct patient care and fostering meaningful relationships by understanding each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating patient achievements throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting in this role.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program is necessary.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications is preferred.
