Hardware Operations Supervisor The Hardware Operations Supervisor is responsible for the manufacturing assembly process of the Access 2 bench‑top instrument and the field service packaging value stream. The role partners with cross‑functional leaders to drive business results, implement the Danaher Business System, and execute strategic plans to achieve long‑term objectives. Location: Chaska, MN (On‑site) Responsibilities Manage direct reports’ work requirements and performance. Provide timely feedback and guide staff on performance, career, and professional development. Apply standard work, daily management, and lean manufacturing principles to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs. Lead problem resolution and build sustainable processes that meet production plans and KPIs. Foster continuous improvement using DBS tools, Kaizen, and Gemba evidence to generate improvement ideas that meet customer needs. Set and deliver challenging, aspirational goals within available resources to support growth targets. Qualifications High‑school degree with 8+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others. Experience driving results in difficult or challenging situations while keeping teams engaged. Ability to shift approach when situations change and make decisions without full information or clear direction. Preferred Experience Experience with continuous improvement/lean manufacturing. Achieved CP in applicable DBS tool (SW, 5S, VRK, QSB, TPI). Benefits Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan. Compensation Annual salary range: $85,000 – $100,000, plus potential bonus/incentive pay.
