Position Overview We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) to join the team at the Hamilton Correctional Institution in Jasper, Florida, under the Florida Department of Corrections. Key Responsibilities Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff. Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. Shift Day shift – 3 12‑hour shifts per week. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or the ability to obtain one. Active Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check. Benefits Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. 401(k) with company match.
