Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Description Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) or Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a team. This role involves managing mid to large-sized accounts across various industries, including construction, oil and gas, and energy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling accounts from start to finish, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment. Compensation Package Salary Range : $75,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonuses : Two annual bonuses: Holiday bonus: 2.5% of earnings. Spring bonus: Discretionary, with a branch-wide potential of up to 16% (historically averaging 11.5%). Benefits : Comprehensive health benefits. Health Savings Account (HSA). 401(k) retirement plan. Equipment provided for remote work. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mid to large-sized commercial accounts across various industries, including construction, oil and gas, and energy. Handle all aspects of account management, including servicing, certificates, marketing, quoting new and renewal business, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with producers to provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. Utilize Epic software for account management (training provided if necessary). Work in a hybrid environment, with three days remote work and two days in-office. Qualifications/Requirements Experience : Proven ability to manage commercial accounts from inception to completion. Preferred candidates will have significant experience in a similar role. Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Epic software is a plus, but training will be provided. Soft Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
