Associate Director, PBM Client Services - Hybrid (Charlotte, NC) HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Client Services to be part of an Enterprise Health Technology company, giving health plans a better way to manage pharmacy and medical benefit administration! Compensation:$136K - $179K annually (depending on experience) + up to 10% annual bonusSchedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pmHybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in Charlotte, NCBenefits:Medical, Dental, VisionFSA & HSALife Insurance & AD&D401k with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Sick Leave9 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating HolidaysParental LeaveDaily Responsibilities:This leadership role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Clinical Account Consultants while ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical consulting services and client support. The position provides oversight of clinical analyses, strategic recommendations, presentations, and client interactions, while managing onboarding, training, performance, and workload prioritization across the teamQualifications:PharmD degree from an accredited institution.Active pharmacist license, or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Ability to travel up to 25%.Interested in this opportunity?
