General Production WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. This role involves the assembly and building of frames for new projects, requiring mechanical inclination and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The position operates on a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some days extending to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays until the end of the year.ResponsibilitiesBuild frames and support new project development.Utilize hand tools, drills, and nail guns efficiently.Perform medium to heavy lifting as required.Operate hand power tools for assembly and production tasks.Assemble and palletize shipments accurately.Handle pulling, packing, and loading duties effectively.Work independently and collaboratively within a team.Maintain strong communication and teamwork skills.Pay close attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.Essential Skills2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in using a tape measure and power drill.Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral labor and mechanical skills.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Why Work Here?We offer a strong starting pay rate and comprehensive training to support your growth. Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection will be provided, and steel-toed boots are required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
