General Production Worker

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker in the Cabinets department, where you will be instrumental in building the insides of signs. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who is adept with hand tools and drills, and can efficiently manage various tasks in a warehouse environment.

• Build the insides of signs in the Cabinets department.
• Use hand tools, drills, and a nail gun with proficiency.
• Perform medium to heavy lifting as required.
• Operate hand power tools effectively.
• Assemble and palletize shipments.
• Pull, pack, and load items as needed.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Maintain strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Pay attention to details to ensure quality work.

• 1+ year of machine operator experience in manufacturing, specifically in assembly work.
• Experience using a tape measure and a power drill.
• Ability to lift between 20lbs to 40lbs.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods.

Work in a spacious warehouse environment with areas dedicated to manufacturing, shipping/receiving, assembly, and testing. The facility is clean but not temperature controlled, resulting in cooler conditions in winter and hotter conditions in summer. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans and a t-shirt, with safety glasses and hearing protection provided. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
