Position Senior Software Engineer Purpose The purpose of the Senior Software Engineer is to develop and improve SkySlope software to better serve real estate professionals. This role involves designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software while managing deliverables and fostering innovation. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and deploy improved and new software: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. Manage own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while coordinating with teammates. Participate in reviews to ensure high quality and consistency. Bring stories/tasks to fruition with limited need for consultation. Contribute to overall system architecture across teams. Collaborate with peers on scalable system design. Contribute to team success and collaboration: Facilitate and lead discussions around processes and solutions. Contribute to technology decisions. Support sprint deliverables and predictability. Collaborate with team members and other departments. Assist in ensuring team predictability. Continuous learning and building expertise: Increase domain knowledge about SkySlope and clients. Continue learning technologies used by SkySlope. Facilitate knowledge growth of peers; mentor them. Explore better ways of doing things. Present to ARB and/or hold L&Ls as expected. Effective communicator: Communicate honestly, openly, and respectfully with all stakeholders. Mentor peers and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to overall goals even when opinions differ. Resolve differences in tactics or approach. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. Qualifications 7+ years of development experience or equivalent. High School Diploma. Measurables Positive manager and peer observations of essential functions. Meeting or exceeding deliverables and deadlines. Positive peer reviews of code quality. Core Technical Competencies and Experience Languages: C#, JavaScript, Golang. Runtimes: .NET CLR, Node. Frameworks & Libraries: React, Angular, Vue.js, LoopBack. Unit testing practices, frameworks, and libraries. Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Aurora, PostgreSQL, DynamoDb, MongoDb; query optimization; alert and monitoring set‑up.

HTML, CSS, JSON.

Source control: Git, TFS, SVN. Continuous integration platforms: CodePipeline, Jenkins; pipeline terraforming. Support and troubleshoot system operations. Cloud computing platform: AWS.
