You'll manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.Our Future ColleagueWe'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experienceP&C Insurance LicenseBusiness insurance experienceHighly effective written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goalsDemonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software productsAbility to work without direct supervisionThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applicationsWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
