Warehouse Coordinator

What does it mean to be a part of our Warehouse Coordinator team? A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed. This role involves coordinating various warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and stock management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role works closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure that operational goals are met while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies. Pay starting at $20.75/hr, including: Weekly paychecks with a direct deposit option Benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision) 401 (k) with company match On-site Gym access Employee engagement activities Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 11:00am - 7:30pm Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Preparing receiving paperwork for the product to be checked in Check trucks in if needed/online receiving of purchase orders Preparing store invoices and billing of store deliveries Providing customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors General clerical duties Job Requirements: Prior warehouse clerical experience is preferred 10 key skills Ability to work in fast-paced, warehouse environment and office setting Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
