Agency Marketing Lead

To build a systematic lead generation engine, the full-time remote Agency Marketing Lead will own the qualified agency lead target, develop top-of-funnel marketing strategies, and run weekly experimentation to refine campaigns that attract travel agencies. Key responsibilities Own the qualified agency lead target and establish monthly goals in collaboration with the Head of Agency Sales Build and instrument the top-of-funnel marketing strategies, including tracking and attribution across various channels Run weekly lead generation experiments, documenting results and refining strategies based on performance Required qualifications B2B demand generation experience, particularly with SMBs or mid-market companies Experience in building or contributing to a demand generation function from the ground up Fluency in funnel instrumentation and data-driven decision-making Proficiency in managing marketing technology stacks, including HubSpot Experience in marketing SaaS tools to agency owners or independent professionals is a plus
