About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and people-focused Account Executive to join our growing team! This is a customer-facing role designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying connected with customers, and turning conversations into new business opportunities.

As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment while managing relationships with existing accounts and developing new leads. You’ll follow up with current customers, understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities to provide additional solutions, and help bring new customers into the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Follow up with current customers to ensure a positive experience and identify additional needs
• Conduct face-to-face customer interactions and consultations
• Generate and develop new leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and customer conversations
• Connect with prospective customers and introduce them to available products and services
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage follow-ups, from the initial conversation through the close
• Work closely with the team to develop new business and support overall growth

Training & Development:
No previous sales experience is required. Our training program is designed to help you learn the role, understand our products and services, and develop the skills needed to succeed.
