McMenamin & Wing, LLC is a fast-growing workers’ compensation law firm seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Administrative/Legal Assistant to join our Jenkintown office. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is fluent in both English and Spanish .

 

This role plays a key part in managing case files and supporting our legal team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via phone, email, and infrequently in-office
• Manage and maintain client files and documentation
• Coordinate with team members efficiently and professionally
• Assist with case tracking and administrative support tasks
• Use internal systems and state workers’ compensation platform (WCAIS).

 

Candidate Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Prior Workers' Compensation experience -  required
• Familiarity with Filevine is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused communication style
• Comfortable learning new systems and workflows

 

Work Arrangement

• In-office during initial training period
• Hybrid schedule available after training (2–3 days per week remote)
