Sr Staff Pharmacist

Staff Pharmacist – Houston Methodist. The Staff Pharmacist provides safe, evidence-based medication therapy for diverse patient populations within our academic medical system. Responsibilities include order verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding, therapeutic drug monitoring, patient and provider education, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. In our I CARE culture, the pharmacist collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and technicians, supports clinical initiatives and formulary stewardship, precepts learners, and participates in continuous improvement to advance excellence in patient-centered care.
