Customer Logistics Manager The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical. The role includes leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
