Associate Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Civil Litigation Attorney for a hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time position involves managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration. The role requires three days in the office. Duties Manage litigation cases from start to finish. Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Argue motions and make court appearances. Interface and build relationships with clients. Take and defend depositions. Prepare for and participate in trials. Requirements 3-8 years of civil litigation experience required. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred). Certifications Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Ability to multi-task effectively.
