Operations Manager

InfraHire is hiring an Operations Manager in PA location: Oversee and direct daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Manage the integration of advanced automated robotics with variable incoming electronic scrap. Build and lead a high-performing leadership team. Act as a systems builder and coach, fostering development rather than simply delegating tasks. Collaborate with shop floor leaders to drive growth and profitability. Maintain the facility, grounds, and ensure compliance with all security standards. Master and utilize the company's ERP system for operational efficiency. Identify processed devices and assess the value of retrieved commodities. Ensure adherence to industry compliance regulations and company standards. Demonstrate strong project management skills from planning to execution. Exhibit excellent leadership, team building, and communication abilities. Apply experience with electronic devices, IT asset management, and disposition services. Understand and manage Profit and Loss statements, capital usage, and ROI calculations. Maintain knowledge of environmental, health, and safety standards. Willingness to travel as required and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
