- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with field teams and ownership
- Drive project success while maintaining quality and profitability
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project financials
- Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
