1031 Exchange Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary Inside Sales Representative at Asset Preservation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, responsible for promoting and facilitating 1031 exchange services for clients and referral sources. This role focuses on driving revenue and market share while ensuring customer success in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities Promote Asset Preservation’s exchange services by delivering 1031 exchange knowledge to prospective clients and referral sources to maximize revenue and market share. Structure and assemble client 1031 exchanges for processing by the Exchange Team. Maintain accurate records of multiple client interactions in the CRM system, following established procedures. Apply business knowledge and best practices to understand key drivers and how the sales area integrates within the organization. Work within broad guidelines and policies to achieve objectives and goals. Analyze moderate to complex 1031 exchange issues, evaluate solutions, and use technical experience, judgment, and precedents. Explain complex and/or sensitive 1031 exchange information in a straightforward manner. Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Organize tasks with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate a positive, team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Typically requires 2+ years of related 1031 exchange experience. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000 – $125,000, subject to experience, location, and other factors.
