Assistant Construction Project Manager

By specializing in these niche areas of design, bid and construction, we are better able to understand our clients’ needs and operational goals . We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager, and only candidates with relevant experience working with a General Contractor will be considered. Key Result Areas and Accountabilities Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals Review project implementation and gather data on project execution Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution Quality control Project closeout Client satisfaction Requirements: Construction Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction required Self-motivated Team player Strong written skills 5+ years experience in Construction (preferred) with a minimum 5+ years overall experience Ability to think outside the box Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate clearly Construction software experience, preferably Procore & Microsoft Project Benefits Offered Include the Following: Health Dental Vision Short Term/Long Term Disability Employer Paid Life Insurance 401k (with professional financial planning services at no additional cost) Performance Based Incentives Profit Sharing Program PTO/Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Professional Development Wellness Programs
