Customer Care Representative

Job Description

The Customer Care Representative plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to guests. This individual will handle inbound inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and—soon—live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution in alignment with company policies and standards. The ideal candidate is empathetic, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Shift: 1PM - 10PM Tuesday and Wednesday Off Monday - onsite Tuesday - OFF Wednesday - OFF Thursday - onsite Friday - Remote Saturday - Remote Sunday - Remote

Skills and Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) Proven ability to manage and resolve email-based inquiries Availability to work an 8-hour shift within designated time windows Reliable transportation for in-office days Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) Experience handling live chat support Strong written communication and multitasking skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
