Position Overview We are seeking a Graduate Architect who is capable of managing their own tasks and eventually lead their own projects. This role requires a strong communicator, who can work in a collaborative environment and learn quickly from a project team of other Architects, Interior Designers and Engineers. The role requires both design and presentation skills along with ability to execute on construction drawings and details. HSB has a long history as a teaching firm, with a strong mentorship and training program. We are seeking individuals with an enthusiasm for learning and professional growth. What We’re Looking For Required Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) MINIMUM one past experience in an architecture firm. 1-5 years of experience in an architectural practice Quick learners who are confident and not afraid to ask questions. Ability to independently complete tasks and eventually your own projects. Experience in rendering and Schematic Design Presentation Decks Experience in Construction Drawing production. Proficiency in Revit/BIM workflows Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Expectations Willingness to travel nationally as required by project needs Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
