Snelling - - Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the title company, lender and the borrower.; Deliver high quality accurate results while adhering to strict deadlines.; Schedule settlement closings for all Avenue departments as well as document signings for deeds and post closing.; Work with outside vendors to obtain settlement agents, resolve issues and confirm outcome of signings.; Maintain database of vendor allocations.
