Homewatch CareGivers of Lower Bucks County is on the hunt for a Home Care Scheduler/Coordinator who’s quick-thinking, calm under fire, and two steps ahead of the chaos. This is the nerve center of our agency—and we’re looking for someone who can lead the charge. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing high-volume scheduling across dozens of caregivers and clients Handling call-offs and last-minute changes with speed and clarity Matching caregivers based on client needs and preferences Communicating with families, caregivers, and leadership with professionalism and compassion Supporting back-end documentation and service coordination Assisting our after-hours on-call company with rotating evening/weekend availability Filling in for shifts during office hours to fill in with clients if we have exhausted all options Must-Haves: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or high-pressure staffing roles Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-moving situations Comfortable being on-call for after-hours/weekend emergencies as needed We Offer: Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 3% company match Simple IRA PTO and holiday pay A collaborative team that values your input and respects your time Benefits: Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance This is not a passive, plug-and-play desk job.
