The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality, evidence-based patient care. The department consists of five physicians and one advanced practice clinician.Additional details:* Flexible work schedules – four or five day work week* Shared call with IM and pediatrics department; IM call is phone call only, Peds call includes occasional newborn rounding.* Established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care and specialty care* Partnership after 2 years* Generous starting and primary care retention bonusWe are rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
